What You'll Do In your role as a Team Lead, you will be responsible for: Project Leadership & Execution: - Overseeing the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust software solutions. - Collaborating closely with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives. - Monitoring project progress, identifying risks proactively, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. Technical Leadership & Mentorship: - Acting as a technical mentor and escalation point for your team, advocating for engineering best practices such as clean code, thorough testing, and continuous integration. - Driving innovation by staying abreast of emerging technologies and integrating them into the team's workflow. - Conducting regular code reviews and architecture discussions to uphold technical excellence. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should possess: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentorship capacity. - Demonstrated ability to lead complex software projects from inception to delivery on time and within scope. - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software engineering best practices. - Hands-on experience with programming languages and frameworks aligned with Yodaplus tech stack (such as React, Python, AWS, etc.). - Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like Git, and modern DevOps practices. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
