Team Lead, Social Media Intelligence

Role Overview: You will be part of the Physical Security Intelligence team at ZeroFox, where you will provide ongoing physical security intelligence to clients in a 24x7, 365-day operation. Your primary focus will be monitoring open source networks for violent activity globally to offer situational awareness and assist clients in making quick security decisions. It is crucial to differentiate that the information sought pertains to physical violence and not information security. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving research efforts, guiding analysts, and leading the team's focus on physical security threats. Key Responsibilities: - Handle independent projects aimed at enhancing operational processes and deliver results promptly. - Support the Manager in various projects and provide assistance where necessary. - Train new team members and offer guidance as required. - Monitor gathered intelligence to identify valuable insights on physical security threats. - Investigate incidents to validate information and provide additional context on events. - Prepare well-structured reports under tight time constraints. - Collaborate efficiently with team members. - Work on a shift schedule that may include night shifts or weekends. - Provide ad hoc event and crisis coverage. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualification Required: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a Physical Security-related team. - Ability to lead by example and communicate collaboratively with team members. - Bachelor's degree in a field related to international security, political science, journalism, or equivalent experience of 4 years. - Awareness of political and social trends domestically and internationally. - Understanding of global violence trends and physical security threats. - Proficiency in social media dynamics and communication patterns across various networks. - Quick grasp of internal workflows, products, proprietary, and third-party tools. - Capability to manage multiple conflicting tasks daily. - Strong written composition and active communication skills. - Self-motivated with a drive for personal growth. - Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
