SkilloVilla is a Bengaluru-based EdTech company that helps graduates and working professionals build job-ready tech skills through upskilling programmes in Data Science, Data Analytics, Full Stack and AI. Our inside sales team is growing fast, and we are hiring sales leaders who can lead a sales floor, not just sell on one.

We are hiring at two levels, based on your experience:

• Team Leader (TL): Lead a team of 15-20, including Assistant Team Leaders and BDAs, and own the team's revenue, enrolment and quality targets.
• Assistant Team Leader (ATL): Coach a group of up to 10 BDAs, Senior BDAs and interns, support the Team Leader, and carry your own individual revenue target.

What you will do

• Own team (TL) or individual (ATL) revenue, enrolment and quality targets, and turn them into daily and weekly plans
• Run daily team huddles and track lead coverage, follow-ups, pipeline movement and activity against target
• Coach your team through one-to-ones, call audits, role plays and clear feedback on discovery, learner profiling, programme matching, objection handling and follow-up
• Review contact, counselling, conversion, revenue, cancellation and collection metrics, and fix what is slipping
• Handle complex learner conversations and escalations, keep programme and fee information accurate, and escalate academic, fee, payment or policy issues when needed
• Maintain CRM hygiene, timely MIS and reliable forecasts, and share updates, risks and action items early
• Support hiring, new-joiner onboarding, peer learning and team ramp-up
• Sell responsibly: upsell or cross-sell only when there is a clear fit with the learner's needs, and follow learner consent and company policies every time

Must-haves

• Graduation in any discipline
• TL: 5+ years in inside sales, including at least 2 years managing a team of 15-20 or similar
• ATL: 3+ years in consultative or inside sales, with experience coaching or supporting a team
• EdTech, technical-course or professional-upskilling sales experience (B2C)
• Consistent record of meeting targets and helping others improve
• Strong CRM discipline and clear communication in English

Good-to-haves

• Experience in high-volume B2C counselling or admissions sales
• Strong call coaching, objection handling and sales reporting skills
• Experience supporting hiring, onboarding and team ramp-up

Work details

• Location: Bannerghatta Road (near IIM-B metro), Bengaluru
• Work from office, 6 days a week (Sunday off), 11 AM - 9 PM
