Job Description

Role & responsibilities: 1. Assign daily volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure that the given SLA are met per the quality standards. 2. Collate and report records of day-to-day work by updating the trackers to reflect work done. 3. Demonstrate excellent time management skills. 4. If there is a possible default on SLAs or quality, flag the escalation in time to the manager or client. 5. Interacting and collaborating with client to plan capacity, training and audit sampling. 6. Willingness to take initiatives and responsibilities. Preferred candidate profile: 1. Must be flexible to meet business requirements. 2. Proficient in MS Office tools. 3. Strong written and oral communication skills in English is critical for the role. 4. Strong business communication skills to communicate with internal or external stakeholders clearly and concisely. 5. Good logical thinking and problem-solving ability. 6. Ability to understand a problem, perform root cause analysis and identify constraints to recommend a solution. 7. Ability to deal with ambiguity; use discretion and judgement to take decisions on critical business tasks based on available information. 8. Think beyond standard tasks to simplify or automate.
