Job Description

We are looking for an execution-driven professional to own the end-to-end post-purchase journey for our marketplace. This role covers seller dispatch readiness, 3PL performance, and exception management to deliver a reliable, cost-efficient, and seamless retailer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Seller Ops
: Ensure timely dispatch, accurate invoicing/weight, packaging quality, and compliance with SLAs.
3PL Management
: Oversee first-mile to last-mile delivery, monitor SLAs (OTD, RTO, transit TAT), and drive cost optimisation.
Exception Handling
: Analyse delays/returns/damages, implement fixes, and reduce WISMO contacts through proactive communication.
Process Optimisation
: Improve allocation logic, enforce packaging standards, and ensure quick closure of customer tickets.
Analytics & Reporting
: Build dashboards, track KPIs (OTD %, RTO %, NDR %, cost/shipment), and provide weekly/monthly business reviews.

Requirements

4 to 10 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operations.
Strong knowledge of dispatch ops, 3PL SLAs, and cost levers.
Skilled in analysing data (must have)
Vendor management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
