Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Lead – Recruitment to manage and scale our IT recruitment operations across India. This role involves leading a team of recruiters, ensuring efficient sourcing, and meeting hiring goals across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters in executing end-to-end recruitment processes for PAN India requirements. Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand job requirements, define hiring strategies, and deliver top talent. Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, headhunting, referrals). Monitor team performance, provide training/coaching, and ensure recruitment targets are met. Requirements: Proven experience in IT recruitment with at least 1-2 years in a team lead. Strong understanding of various IT technologies, roles, and skills in the Indian market. Experience handling bulk and niche hiring across locations. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
