As a Project Manager in the New Energy Stream, your role will involve taking proactive initiatives to analyze upcoming technologies, market trends, and business scenarios. You will need to develop comprehensive project plans, including scopes and objectives, involving stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility. Monitoring project performance to ensure smooth and timely delivery, as well as tracking the successful completion of short and long-term goals in the New Energy Business, are crucial responsibilities. Utilizing appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost will be essential. Conducting project reviews and providing detailed reports to top management for decision-making purposes is also a key aspect of your role. Additionally, creating and maintaining extensive project documentation, identifying process improvement areas, and implementing process optimization are expected tasks. Coordinating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, partners, and vendors for project execution is another important duty.
