Team Lead - Project Execution- Rooftop

As a Project Manager in the New Energy Stream, your role will involve proactively taking initiatives to analyze upcoming technologies, market and business scenarios, and developing comprehensive project plans. You will be responsible for developing project scopes, objectives, involving stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility. Monitoring project performance and ensuring smooth and timely delivery as per the plan will be crucial. Tracking project performance to analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals in New Energy Business is a key responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost - Conduct project reviews and send detailed reports to top management for decision-making - Create and maintain extensive project documentation, identify areas of process improvement, and implement process optimization - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, partners, and vendors for project execution Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Post-graduate degree from a reputed university/college - 9 - 12 years of overall experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership skills - Detail orientation - Functional expertise - People management skills Additionally, the job requires a high level of proficiency (level 4) in the following skills and competencies: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership skills, detail orientation, functional expertise, and people management skills.,
