Are you prepared for a career change If so, apply for the following opening and embark on an exciting new journey with us. **Role Overview:** As part of your role, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and support assigned employees, implementing relevant qualification measures. - Plan and ensure adequate personnel capacities for customer and internal projects, as well as provide support for series production. - Industrialize production equipment for in-house electronics production, including virtual commissioning and software preparations. - Technically standardize global machine communication for vertical and horizontal systems, such as MES and production databases. - Implement "lessons learned" and best practices solutions within the team. - Conduct regular design checks on production facilities according to internal standards. - Execute tasks in compliance with project management guidelines, including creating necessary documents (e.g., FMEA, detailed schedule) for industrializing complex electronic production equipment. - Provide third-level support for electronics productions. **Qualifications Required:** - Collaborate with technical functions and product teams across all product areas. - Engage with project teams and managers globally, spanning different customer areas and business divisions. - Work with industrialization functions in Electronics at a global level. - Liaise with electronics departments such as testing technology, process technology, and prototyping. - Coordinate with plant interfaces and contact persons in production plants worldwide. - Support electronics suppliers in technical matters related to industrialization. - Interact with the HR department for HR planning, leadership, and employee development. - Present electronics industrial engineering to customers. - Possess a basic education in technical sciences at the VII level. - Have a minimum of 12 years of work experience.
