• Lead daily payment operations including reconciliation, settlement cycles, refund processing, and vendor payouts.
• Monitor transaction flows across banks, PSPs, and internal ledgers to ensure accuracy and SLA adherence.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, settlement delays, chargebacks or operational exceptions.
• Work closely with banking partners, PSPs, Product & Finance teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Drive SOP creation, process automation and continuous operational improvements.
  

Key Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in payment operations within Fintech / Payments / Banking.
• Strong understanding of payment flows, gateway settlements, and reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience with dashboards / payment systems / spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
