Job Description

Medical Coding Team Lead Outpatient (OP) Surgery / Observation / Emergency Department

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Medical Coding Team Lead OP

to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, deep expertise in outpatient coding, and a passion for driving quality and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

Chennai ( Work from Home)

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Outpatient Medical Coding ED Clinic, Surgery, Observation
Should have minimum 6 months of experience in Handling a team directly or indirectly.
Certified coder (CPC, CCS,COC, CIC or equivalent).
Proven experience in team handling or leadership roles.
Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
