Job Description

As a Team Leader in the Media & Entertainment domain, you play a crucial role as the key liaison between airtime sales, advertising agencies, and transmission. Your exceptional coordination is required to ensure seamless scheduling, content management, and compliance of all advertising content across linear TV, AdSmart, VoD, and OTT platforms. Your strategic mindset and meticulous attention to detail are vital to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of advertising operations. - Oversee the production and supply of finalized commercial spot schedules for broadcast from various transmission facilities. - Ensure adherence to all industry regulations associated with commercial airtime for assigned channels. - Collaborate with sales teams to handle campaign delivery and implement Creative and Media Agency copy instructions within deadlines. - Vet programming and apply accurate restrictions before transmission. - Support sales teams to build strong relationships and accommodate late money from the sales floor. - Meet tight deadlines by providing accurate reconciled transmission logs on a daily basis. - React swiftly to live breaking news events or operational failures. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree. - Proven experience in digital and linear advertising, including media planning, broadcast management, ad trafficking, or similar roles. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and team management abilities. - Knowledge of compliance regulations and reporting. - Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines effectively.
