Job Description

The Team Lead in the Media & Entertainment domain based in Chennai and working in the UK shift plays a pivotal role as the primary liaison between airtime sales, advertising agencies, and transmission. In this position, you are responsible for overseeing the seamless scheduling, content management, and compliance of advertising content across various platforms such as linear TV, AdSmart, VoD, and OTT. Your strategic mindset and meticulous attention to detail are essential to uphold the integrity and efficiency of our advertising operations. Your key responsibilities include supervising the production and delivery of finalized commercial spot schedules for broadcast, ensuring compliance with industry regulations related to commercial airtime, collaborating with sales teams for campaign delivery, vetting programming, maintaining strong relationships with sales teams, accommodating late money from the sales floor, meeting tight deadlines for transmission logs, and reacting swiftly to live breaking news events or operational failures. To qualify for this role, you should hold a bachelor's degree and have proven experience in digital and linear advertising, including media planning, broadcast management, ad trafficking, or campaign management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and team management abilities, knowledge of compliance regulations, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines are essential. Key competencies for success in this role include effective communication through various channels, flexibility and adaptability to new situations, efficient task prioritization and time management, creative thinking and innovation, and a customer-centric approach focused on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.,
