As part of our expansion, we are seeking a results-driven and experienced Team Lead – Forex Marketing to lead a marketing team and contribute to the growth of our forex and financial education business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing executives.
• Plan and execute direct marketing tasks to acquire new clients.
• Drive organic marketing strategies including SEO, content, and social media.
• Develop market research insights to design impactful campaigns.
• Set targets, track performance, and ensure team achievement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for acquisition and retention.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Forex Marketing / Financial Services.
• Leadership: Prior experience in team management or leadership roles.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media outreach.
• Client Acquisition: Proven experience in direct marketing and customer acquisition.
• Mindset: Proactive, result-oriented, and able to motivate a team in a target-driven environment.
