Team Lead Magento

As an experienced Adobe Commerce (Magento) Team Leader with strong technical expertise, your role will involve leading the development team in implementing Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the development and implementation of Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) projects, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed. - Providing hands-on development support for custom modules, extensions, and performance optimizations. - Architecting and designing scalable B2B/B2C eCommerce solutions aligned with business requirements. - Ensuring security, performance optimization, and compliance with industry standards such as GDPR and PCI-DSS. You will also be responsible for: - Mentoring and leading a team of Magento developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables. - Conducting code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards. - Planning and executing sprint-based development cycles using Agile methodologies. - Providing technical documentation, best practices, and training for team members. Key Skills & Qualifications: - 6+ years of experience in Magento/Adobe Commerce development with at least 2+ years in a leadership role. - Expertise in Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce Cloud, Open Source) architecture, theming, and module development. - Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Knockout.js, RequireJS, and GraphQL. - Hands-on experience with Hyv themes, PWA Studio, and headless commerce is a plus. - Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). - Experience in Adobe Experience Cloud integrations (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target). - Familiarity with eCommerce SEO, performance tuning, and caching techniques. - Strong understanding of REST & SOAP APIs and third-party integrations. - Experience with Git, Jira, and Agile project management tools. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
