Team Lead Magento

As an Adobe Commerce Team Leader with over 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading a development team in the implementation of Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) projects. Your role will involve providing technical expertise, project management, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing eCommerce solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the development and implementation of Adobe Commerce projects, adhering to best practices and coding standards. - Providing hands-on development support for custom modules, extensions, and performance optimizations. - Architecting and designing scalable B2B/B2C eCommerce solutions aligned with business requirements. - Ensuring security, performance optimization, and compliance with industry standards such as GDPR and PCI-DSS. In addition to technical leadership, you will also be responsible for team and project management: - Mentoring and leading a team of Magento developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables. - Conducting code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards. - Planning and executing sprint-based development cycles using Agile methodologies. Furthermore, you will be the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions and managing client expectations. You will also provide pre-sales technical consultation and assist in solution estimation and proposals. Key Skills & Qualifications: - 6+ years of experience in Magento/Adobe Commerce development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role. - Expertise in Magento 2 architecture, theming, and module development. - Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Knockout.js, RequireJS, and GraphQL. - Hands-on experience with Hyv themes, PWA Studio, and headless commerce is a plus. - Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). - Experience in Adobe Experience Cloud integrations (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target). - Familiarity with eCommerce SEO, performance tuning, and caching techniques. - Strong understanding of REST & SOAP APIs and third-party integrations. - Experience with Git, Jira, and Agile project management tools. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
