Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader Quality

Department:

Participate in client calls to understand process and quality expectations.
Define and implement methods to achieve quality targets in alignment with operations leadership.
Review coded accounts and identify errors with high inspection accuracy.
Provide daily feedback through face-to-face coaching and email communication.
Ensure correction of errors by respective team members and track improvements.
Coach and mentor coders to minimize errors and enhance performance.
Share insights and recurring error trends with the training team for curriculum improvement.
Conduct testing of files/batches for new accounts/processes.
Generate daily QA reports and ensure compliance with internal and external SLAs.
Drive calibration sessions, maintain high inspection efficiency, knowledge scores, and productivity metrics.
Maintain error records for organizational use.

Job Specifications

Graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
Minimum 5
years’ experience
in US Healthcare RCM in Coding / AR / Billing.
Proven experience in quality management, auditing, and feedback delivery.
Strong understanding of quality matrices and quality tools.
Excellent communication, analytical, and coaching skills.
