Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader Delivery

Department:

Lead and manage the delivery team to ensure accurate and timely completion of IPDRG coding tasks.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to client SLAs and internal quality standards.
Conduct daily huddles, track productivity, and resolve operational challenges.
Review coding outputs and support coders with process-related clarifications.
Coordinate with the Operations Manager for capacity planning, workflow allocation, and process improvements.
Participate in client calls and provide updates on project status, performance, and action plans.
Support new transitions, process migrations, and ramp-up activities.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and coding guidelines.

Job Specifications

Graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
Minimum 5
years of relevant experience
in US Healthcare RCM (Coding / AR / Billing).
Strong experience in team management and client/stakeholder handling.
Solid understanding of production metrics, SLAs, and IPDRG coding workflow.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
