Job Description

Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Act as the primary expert for IPDRG coding guidelines, rules, and process clarifications.
Support coders and team leaders with complex coding scenarios and escalations.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, refresher training, and skill-building workshops.
Perform quality audits on critical or high-complexity cases.
Collaborate with operations to identify gaps and implement process improvements.
Participate in client discussions, transitions, and updates regarding coding changes.
Monitor performance trends and recommend corrective actions to reduce errors.
Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure team compliance with coding standards.

Job Specifications

Graduate (Bachelors or Master’s).
Minimum 3
+ years of strong IPDRG coding experience
.
Deep knowledge of IP DRG rules, coding guidelines, and audit requirements.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience in coaching or training is preferred.
