Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of visa sales consultants.
• Conduct regular coaching and training sessions.
• Monitor sales activities, performance, and conversions.
• Manage team scheduling, attendance, and adherence to SOPs.

Sales & Revenue Generation

• Drive international visa sales through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
• Assist team members with closing complex or high-value deals.
• Identify opportunities for upselling (insurance, holiday packages, etc.).
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Customer Service Excellence

• Oversee smooth handling of visa applications and documentation.
• Resolve escalations efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Reporting & Optimization

• Track performance metrics and report results to management.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Work with internal teams to improve efficiency and compliance.
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
• 47 years of experience in B2C international visa sales.
• 12 years in a team lead or supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of international tourist visa processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
