Job Description

Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities

Monitor & process SWIFT messages (MT564/566/568)
Perform Payday 1 income validation
Reconcile Out of Balance (OOB) positions and exceptions
Post Nostro entries for income paid under alternate accounts
Communicate with custodians (DTCC, Euroclear, HSBC) regarding MT565 preferences
Track SLA metrics (accuracy, TAT, productivity)
Lead, coach & mentor team members; conduct 1:1 feedback
Maintain and update SOPs and process documentation
Support client conversions/migrations
Act as backup manager in absence of reporting lead
Escalate and resolve data/vendor/system-related issues
Support audits and ensure compliance with quality standards
