Job Title: Lead FTTH Wireline- Delivery

Location: Pune

Department: B2B

Job Summary: The FTTH-Wireline Delivery Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, Supervising wireline FTTH delivery, managing team, and providing technical support on field

Key Responsibilities:

Work on solution and delivery for links FTTH connectivity.
On ground coordination with NOC /Field team/ Planning/ SCM as per BAU.
Skill Set required- Transport Nwt/NWT topology/Router and Switching/FTTH fiber connectivity.
Define customer impacting KPIs, review and monitor processes and continuously improve customer support processes.
Ensure adherence to SLA, project delivery towards customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular Field visits for service migrations & night activates like BW upgradations & swapping activities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
Knowledge about FTTH connectivity and transport network and fiber connections.
Familiarity with All Delivery related tools.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights and weekends,
