Job Description:
We are looking for a Team Lead – Data Annotation to oversee and guide our annotation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data labeling, quality assurance, and team management. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, productivity, and smooth project execution within the data annotation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of data annotators to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Monitor project progress, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery.
• Review annotated data for accuracy and consistency.
• Provide feedback, guidance, and training to team members.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to align on project requirements.
• Prepare reports on team performance and quality metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data annotation or related domains.
• Proven experience in team handling or leadership roles.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with annotation tools and AI/ML datasets.
• Knowledge of data labeling standards and QA processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
