Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead Counsellor. The ideal candidate will lead a team of counsellors, drive admissions/enrollments, and ensure exceptional customer engagement. If you have a passion for guiding individuals, a proven track record in sales, and strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Training Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of counsellors to achieve targets. Provide regular training and performance feedback to enhance productivity. Monitor team performance and implement strategies for improvement. Counselling & Sales Guide prospective students through the decision-making process. Conduct calls, emails, and virtual/in-person counseling sessions. Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses Target Achievement & Performance Management Ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly admission targets. Track sales metrics and generate reports for leadership. Optimize conversion rates through strategic follow-ups and engagement. Process Improvement & Customer Experience Ensure seamless lead management and follow-up processes. Address customer concerns and ensure a high-quality experience. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for business growth. Key Requirements: Experience: 2-5 years in counselling, edtech, or consulting. Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Skills: Strong communication & leadership skills. Target-driven with a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
