Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead content planning and strategy for academic reputation management initiatives.
Draft, edit, and proofread articles, blogs, faculty stories, research highlights, and

thought-leadership pieces.

Collaborate with schools, deans, and faculty to extract publishable insights and success

stories.

Ensure tone consistency and adherence to the university brand voice across all

communications.

Manage a small content team (writer, designer, and video personnel) for cohesive

campaign execution.

Coordinate with the Social Media Specialist for content amplification and engagement

tracking.

Report performance metrics (reach, engagement, visibility) to the Marketing Head and

VC Office.

Qualifications/ Skills

Masters in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
5–6 years of experience in content strategy, editorial writing, or higher-education

communications.

Excellent command of English writing and editing; familiarity with academic terminology

preferred.

Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
