What you can look forward to as Team Lead - Catalogue Data Management Operations:

• Functional & technical leadership of a team (approx. 10 employees)in India location. Development and coordination of standard procedures, instructions, and documentation
• Performance evaluations using standardized tools and methods. Catalog database maintenance and print catalog coordination (global scope, cross-functional alignment)
• Coordination of catalog linkages (Europe/IMEA region) and continuous improvement initiatives. Master data update management (CDB, TecDoc standards) ensuring catalog integrity and compliance
• Maintenance of central vehicle master data (CDB and PIMS alignment)
• Interface with Sales, Category Management , and IT for layout requirements and technical implementations.
• Creation and maintenance of job descriptions and personnel requirements

Your profile as Team Lead - Catalogue Data Management Operations:

• 8-12 Years of experience in the similar role (

  Catalogue Data Management Operations)

• Proven experience as Team Lead (Should be able lead team of 10 people). Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of personnel planning, recruitment, and evaluation processes. Familiarity with catalog systems (e.g., TecDoc) and print production coordination
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, Sales, Category Management, IT)
• Methodological knowledge in standardization, process documentation, and continuous improvement.
• High organizational and coordination competency, especially across international teams and systems. Fluent in professional English (German Language is a plus).
