Team Lead / Asst. Manager Alternative Investment (Private Equity / Hedge Funds)

Key Responsibilities: - Master the configuration of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies to optimize straight through processing - Monitor workflow systems for ingestion failures and promptly remediate issues - Manage a book of work to configure new relationships and related integrations - Collaborate with the automation team to develop new technologies - Ensure accurate and timely processing of information, meeting service level agreements - Review and verify the accuracy of data - Prioritize responsibilities efficiently, handle heavy data entry, and develop control checks to mitigate risks - Support team members with daily workload and projects, fostering a collaborative environment Qualifications Required: - Comfort working in high-volume and metric-driven environments - Curious self-starter with a drive to automate manual processes - Easily adaptable to new processes and tools, with attention to detail and reliable solution delivery - Strong team player mindset, supporting team members to achieve common goals Additional Details: PCR's culture, although established, aligns closely with that of a startup.
