Your role as a Statement Automation Tech at PCR involves utilizing advanced digital technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and workflow tools to convert unstructured investment statement content into standardized digital data seamlessly. Your primary mission is to achieve the highest level of straight-through processing efficiency with minimal human intervention. To accomplish your mission, you will work with tools such as Document Extraction and OCR technologies, RPA technologies, proprietary workflow tools, and telemetry and log analysis tools. Your daily activities will include planning and strategizing, developing new automation formats, remediating existing automation issues, reviewing service tickets, and collaborating with team members for continuous learning and improvement. You will be part of the Alternative Operations Team at PCR, a growing team comprising 17 members. Your responsibilities will involve mastering the configuration of RPA and OCR technologies, monitoring workflow systems, managing workbooks for new relationships and integrations, ensuring high data accuracy, and assisting team members with workload and projects. To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate skills such as comfort in high-volume environments, self-driven automation mindset, adaptability to new processes, attention to detail, and strong teamwork abilities. Valuable experience includes 6-7 years in alternative investment operations, MBA in finance, proficiency in tools like uiPath, Xceptor, JIRA, and prior exposure to Private Equity and Hedge Fund sectors.
