Learn more: https://daloopa.com Role Overview :- We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Team Lead or Assistant Manager IT who will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Daloopas secure, scalable, and high-performing IT infrastructure. This is a high-impact role that blends deep technical expertise with strategic operational leadership. You will lead infrastructure and end-user support initiatives, ensure cybersecurity resilience, and act as the go-to expert for everything from Azure cloud services to endpoint protection. Key Responsibilities: - Cloud & Microsoft 365 Administration • Architect and manage Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines, Azure AD Connect, Virtual Networks, and SAML-based integrations. • Oversee Microsoft 365 suite including Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies. • Deploy and manage operating systems at scale using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT). Endpoint Security & Compliance • Implement and monitor endpoint protection protocols using Microsoft Defender and Intune. • Establish and enforce enterprise-wide device compliance and data protection strategies. • Proactively manage risk and audit readiness across all end-user devices. Networking & Infrastructure • Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and routing to ensure secure and seamless connectivity. • Administer Cisco switches, manage VLANs, and oversee physical and logical network architecture. • Maintain and secure CCTV systems and ensure infrastructure uptime and operational integrity. IT Operations & Support • Provide Level 2 technical support for escalated hardware, software, and network issues. • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and drive lifecycle management of all endpoints. • Lead vendor management, including negotiation, procurement, and performance evaluation of IT service providers. What Were Looking For • 5+ years of proven experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or enduser support. • Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and cloud-native security. • Solid grasp of networking protocols, Cisco switch configurations, and firewall management. • Experience with endpoint deployment technologies, especially MDT. • Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a strong commitment to service excellence. • A proactive mindset with a passion for building systems that scale.
