Team Lead- Accountant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for checking the Business Process Procedure (BPP) of all divisions and ensuring quality work. Additionally, you will be editing the Standard Instruction Notes (SIN) of all divisions to align with quality work instructions and general practices. Your role will also involve preparing the Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) liability working for all divisions and generating the monthly statement of creditors with debit balances for South & MRN division. Furthermore, you will be tasked with reconciling suppliers" accounts for the manufacturing divisions and preparing various statements, extracting data, and gathering documents required for statutory audits and other support during audits and assessments. You will also be involved in freight provision working and reversal for all divisions, along with other provisions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Lastly, you will work as part of a team to ensure compliance with the Quality Operating Procedures (QOP). Key Responsibilities: - Check and edit the BPP of all divisions - Review and align the SIN of all divisions with quality work instructions - Prepare TDS liability working for all divisions - Generate monthly statements of creditors with debit balances for South & MRN division - Reconcile suppliers" accounts for the manufacturing divisions - Prepare various statements, extract data, and gather documents for statutory audits and other support during audits and assessments - Work on freight provision working and reversal for all divisions and other provisions with accuracy and timeliness - Ensure compliance with QOP as part of the team Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in checking and editing business process procedures and standard instruction notes - Strong understanding of tax regulations and experience in preparing TDS liability workings - Proficiency in reconciling accounts and preparing various financial statements - Familiarity with statutory audit requirements and procedures - Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and timely - Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills,
