Job Description

You have an exciting opportunity to join the Mental Health Service and support the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service. You should be able to work on your own initiative, learn quickly, have good communication skills, and experience in supervising staff members. In addition, you should have a high level of computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office packages. Some knowledge of NHS systems would be advantageous. Your enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to build relationships with both internal and external colleagues are key for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Work independently and efficiently on your own initiative - Demonstrate quick learning abilities - Possess strong communication skills - Supervise staff members effectively - Have a high level of computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office packages - Build and maintain relationships with internal and external colleagues Qualifications Required: - Experience in supervising staff members - High level of computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office packages - Knowledge of NHS systems (advantageous) - Good communication skills - Enthusiastic, reliable, and willing to build relationships Please note that due to legislative changes from 1 April 2025, this post may require a different level of criminal records check than is currently the case. If the post is assessed as a "regulated role," your appointment will be subject to joining the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
