Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader in Real Estate at OCMAN REALTY, located in Wakad ,Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing real estate transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the successful development of real estate projects. The role involves supervising sales efforts, managing property listings, and working closely with clients to meet their real estate needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Knowledge in Real Estate Development
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area
• Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
