Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor at KLE College of Engineering & Technology, located in Chikodi. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, preparing course materials, grading assignments and exams, mentoring students, and participating in academic research. Additional responsibilities include contributing to departmental meetings, curriculum development, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in academic instruction and subject-matter knowledge
Proficiency in preparing and delivering educational content, including lectures and course materials
Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
Ability to contribute to curriculum planning and departmental initiatives
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and dynamic learning environment
PhD or Master’s degree in a relevant Engineering or Technology discipline
Experience in academic research and publications is a plus
