Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Teaching Faculty to join our team in General Medicine. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to teach General Medicine to students.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their understanding.
Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement curriculum changes.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the Medical School.
Mentor and support students outside of class hours.
Stay updated with the latest developments in General Medicine and incorporate this knowledge into teaching practices.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective interaction with students, colleagues, and staff.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the school's growth.
A strong commitment to academic excellence and student success is required.
Familiarity with medical terminology and concepts related to General Medicine is necessary.
Adaptability to new technologies and teaching methods is expected.
A passion for teaching and mentoring students is highly valued.
