Eligibility Criteria:
M.Tech or Ph.D. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Strong foundation in DSA, OOPs, DBMS, OS, Web Development, etc.
Excellent communication and teaching aptitude
Passion for education and mentoring
Familiarity with online teaching tools is a plus

Prior TA/mentorship/internship experience
Experience with Git, VS Code, compilers, LMS tools
