Job Description

GATE-qualified

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with faculty to identify and finalize topics for textbooks and question papers.
Prepare subject content for textbooks and assessments using multiple sources (books, internet), and ensure timely review by faculty.
Coordinate with the DEO (Data Entry Operator) for typing of books, question papers, and other materials.
Solve and analyze previous GATE question papers, share them for review, and forward the finalized versions for typing.
Prepare answer keys and solutions for various competitive examinations.
Develop ACE online test series content, including correct solutions and explanations.
Contribute to the creation of textbook and question paper content.
Review DEO-typed content for accuracy and formatting.
Provide verified keys and solutions for reviewed exam papers.
Assist in the creation of video solutions for academic and test preparation content.
Maintain a daily activity report and share it with the reporting manager.
Coordinate effectively with team members and distribute tasks appropriately.
Mentor and guide team members, provide on-the-job training, and suggest improvements.
Ensure team adherence to company policies and work ethics.
Organize and lead periodic team review meetings.
Manage weekly work schedules (rosters) and ensure smooth team collaboration.
Facilitate training and development initiatives for team members.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification
: B.Tech and M.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
GATE Qualified
(mandatory)
Strong knowledge of EEE core subjects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Prior experience in academic content creation or test preparation is preferred
