As a Secondary Physics or Mathematics Teacher at VIBGYOR HIGH in Mumbai (Goregaon), your role involves: - Conducting and organizing the learning process/session in the classroom. - Gearing the teaching process to cater to the needs of all students, considering their interests, handicaps, special talents, individual styles, and pace of learning. - Treating children with dignity and respect. - Being approachable to students and parents. - Promoting maximum student participation and assisting students in analyzing and improving methods and habits of study. - Monitoring students" progress constantly and adjusting the pace of work accordingly. - Enforcing regulations concerning students" conduct and discipline while maintaining appropriate standards for student behavior in the classroom and school premises. - Enhancing and implementing teaching methodologies such as hands-on learning activities, games, classroom discussions, documentaries, movies, and mind maps. - Being responsible for the emotional and physical well-being of every child. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree with B.Ed is mandatory. Experience: - 3-5 years of relevant experience.
