We are looking to hire a Academic Manager. This opportunity is for a top preschool brand with multiple preschools running across PAN India. This role requires travel across Gujarat for 12-14 days Job Location: Ahmedabad/Vadodara Job description: Providing pre-service and In-service training for all partners Conducting Equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP) and Teacher training Building strong rapport with partners and supporting them on implementation of key initiatives and compliance Training preschool Centres for India and International Markets Assisting in hiring franchise staff. To ensure academic excellence Ensuring regular training at franchise and cluster level. Measuring and improving satisfaction levels of internal as well as external customers through Parent Orientation Program (POP), Parental Workshops or any other Parent Interactive sessions Conducting teacher workshops, providing teacher observation reports and provide feedback for class observation. Collaborating in the planning, designing and implementation of teaching modules Undertaking quality checks for effective academic execution of curriculum Co-ordinating with special needs department to support the teachers in delivering successful sessions Experience and Qualification : Graduate E.C.C.Ed. / Montessori trained/ NTT with 3-4 years of pre-primary teaching experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Are you willing to travel for 12-14 days across Gujarat?
