Job Summary:

Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver lessons in line with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board/IGCSE/IB, etc.).
Create lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
Encourage active participation and critical thinking among students.
Monitor and assess students progress through tests, projects, and class activities.
Maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior to create a positive learning environment.
Provide individual attention to support students academic needs.
Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and development.
Maintain accurate academic records and reports.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Contribute to curriculum development and co-curricular activities as required.

Required Skills :

Strong command of [Subject e.g., Mathematics, English, Science, Social Studies, etc.].
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using teaching aids, smartboards, and basic computer tools (MS Office, Google Classroom, etc.).
Ability to manage a classroom and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
Passion for teaching and student mentorship.
