Qualifications: M.Sc. / B.Engg / B.Tech / B.Sc/ BCA / MCA 2+ years Teaching Experience Prior STEM / Experiential Learning experience is preferred Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills; ability to present complex information in clear and engaging ways. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PPT, and other basic software tools Responsibilities: As a STEM Educator, your primary responsibilities include: Innovative Instruction: Use a variety of instructional strategies that integrate math and science with engineering, art, and technology innovation. Curriculum Development: Design hands-on learning-based lessons that help students understand the ways in which engineers work to design products that meet customer needs. Critical Thinking: Provide students with information and activities that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills, encouraging them to become lifelong learners. Lesson Planning: Develop comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials, and maintain classrooms, labs, and facilities conducive to learning. Professional Development: Keep current with trends and best practices in education, continuously improving your teaching methods.
