Job Summary:

Worldview Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support the Lead Teacher in delivering high-quality education and fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. The Assistant Teacher will play a key role in supporting lesson delivery, supervising students, assisting with classroom management, and ensuring the holistic development of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and executing daily lessons and classroom activities.
  
• Provide individual attention and academic support to students who require additional guidance.
  
• Help maintain discipline, safety, and a respectful learning environment in the classroom and during school activities.
  
• Support in preparing teaching materials, learning aids, and classroom resources.
  
• Supervise students during classes, recess, assemblies, and field trips.
  
• Encourage students social, emotional, and academic growth through positive reinforcement.
  
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to organize events, activities, and projects.
  
• Maintain regular communication with parents (when required) regarding student progress and concerns.
  
• Ensure adherence to the school’s policies, values, and code of conduct.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or relevant field (preferred).
  
• Prior experience as an Assistant Teacher / Teaching Aide in a school setting is desirable.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students.
  
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
  
• Organizational and classroom management skills.
