About the Role:
We are looking for warm, child-friendly teachers who create a safe, joyful, and nurturing learning environment. The ideal candidate is approachable, patient, and passionate about early childhood development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage children in age-appropriate learning through activities, play, and exploration
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members
• Observe and understand children's individual needs, offering guidance and support
• Maintain classroom discipline through gentle and empathetic methods
• Assist in planning lessons, events, and day-to-day routines
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and wellbeing of all children at all times

Requirements:

• Warm, approachable, and child-friendly personality
• Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
• Patient, understanding, and able to handle young children with care
• Prior teaching/pre-school experience is a plus

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
