About the Role: We are looking for warm, child-friendly teachers who create a safe, joyful, and nurturing learning environment. The ideal candidate is approachable, patient, and passionate about early childhood development. Key Responsibilities: Engage children in age-appropriate learning through activities, play, and exploration Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members Observe and understand children's individual needs, offering guidance and support Maintain classroom discipline through gentle and empathetic methods Assist in planning lessons, events, and day-to-day routines Ensure safety, hygiene, and wellbeing of all children at all times Requirements: Warm, approachable, and child-friendly personality Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills Patient, understanding, and able to handle young children with care Prior teaching/pre-school experience is a plus What We’re Looking For: Someone who genuinely loves working with children and can build meaningful connections while supporting their emotional and academic growth.
