Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Teach NCERT-based curriculum with clarity, accuracy, and strong conceptual grounding. Prepare students for both board examinations and competitive entrances (NEET/JEE/UPSC), ensuring higher-order learning beyond textbook boundaries. Plan structured, engaging, and outcome-focused lessons. Use modern teaching methodologies, including digital tools, visual aids, and activity-based learning. Maintain classroom discipline consistent with the schools high behavioural expectations. Track student performance through assessments, feedback cycles, and remedial support. Foster holistic development through academic guidance, values-based instruction, and co-curricular involvement. Uphold ethical, fair, and transparent academic practices at all times. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain academic rigor and institutional standards. Required Qualifications Bachelors/Masters degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university. B.Ed/M.Ed preferred (mandatory for certain CBSE categories). Candidates preparing students for competitive exams will be given preference. Note: A degree alone is not sufficient.
