Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher at PhantomFX located in Chennai. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, facilitating skill development, and ensuring a comprehensive educational experience. Additional responsibilities include designing effective training programs and fostering clear communication to support learning objectives. The Teacher will work collaboratively with other team members to guide and inspire learners within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and crafting comprehensive educational content
• Strong skills in Teaching and Education to effectively guide and engage learners
• Effective Communication abilities to ensure clarity and understanding within the training environment
• Experience in conducting Training sessions and developing skill enhancement programs
• A degree in Education or a related field, with proven experience in teaching or training roles
• Understanding of visual effects or related industries is an advantage
• Passionate about fostering creativity and knowledge growth in educational settings
