Open Positions

• Coaching Center Faculty (Class 9th–12th)

• Home Tutors (PNC–12th)

Subjects Required

All major academic subjects including:

• Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
• Mathematics
• English
• Social Studies
• Hindi
• Computer Science
• Commerce Subjects (Accounts, Economics, Business Studies)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging classroom sessions for Classes 9–12.
• Prepare structured lesson plans and assignments.
• Provide regular performance updates and feedback.
• Maintain discipline and encourage active participation.

• Deliver personalized 1:1 or 1:2/1:3 mentorship as per the MK Mentorship Program.
• Adapt teaching styles to suit individual student needs.
• Update parents with regular progress reports.
• Ensure punctuality, professionalism, and syllabus coverage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred.
• Graduation in a relevant subject (B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory).
• Good communication and subject clarity.
• Ability to teach offline with commitment.
