Company Description

FEA's primary mission is to provide disadvantaged youth in India with the tools needed for professional jobs through a free one-year intensive coaching program. This includes English, non-cognitive skills, digital skills, and lifelong learning via a mix of technology, peer interaction, and lectures. Operating in north India’s Hindi belt, FEA serves both urban and rural youth by offering programs tailored to their environments. With over 60,000 students and 1,000+ branches in 10 states, FEA incorporates best practices from top universities to instill productive and ethical mindsets along with essential skills. Additionally, FEA teaches students lifelong learning adaptability to future workforce changes.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher located in Nawada. The Teacher will be responsible for planning lessons, delivering instruction, and providing training in English, non-cognitive, and digital skills. Daily tasks include conducting classes, engaging with students, assessing progress, and adapting teaching methods to meet student needs. The Teacher will also be involved in maintaining a dynamic and interactive learning environment.

Qualifications

Lesson Planning and Teaching skills
Experience in Education and Training
Strong Communication skills
Passion for helping disadvantaged youth and fostering lifelong learning
Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
Relevant teaching certifications and experience in similar educational roles are a plus
