Company Description

Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) aims to provide disadvantaged youth in India with a path to professional jobs through a free one-year intensive coaching program. The curriculum includes English, non-cognitive skills, digital skills, and lifelong learning. FEA offers programs in north India's Hindi belt for both urban and rural youth, reaching over 60,000 students via 1,000+ branches. The programs are designed to build productive and ethical mindsets, enhance English language skills, and improve digital literacy skills. Additionally, FEA equips students to continue learning independently after completing the program.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site teaching role located in Bhilwara. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, engaging with students, and employing various teaching methods to facilitate learning. The Teacher will train students in English, non-cognitive skills, and digital skills, and help them cultivate lifelong learning habits.

Strong Communication skills
Passionate about empowering disadvantaged youth
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field is beneficial
Experience in classroom teaching or training is a plus
