Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as a Teacher is located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include developing lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective lessons, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The Teacher will foster a positive learning environment, guide students in their preparation for competitive examinations, and encourage critical thinking and intellectual growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching methodologies to design and deliver effective lessons.
• Strong background in Education, including subject matter expertise and instructional techniques.
• Exceptional Communication skills to engage with students, colleagues, and parents effectively.
• Experience in Training students for competitive academic exams is a strong asset.
• Ability to motivate students and manage a classroom environment effectively.
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field. Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
• Previous experience in teaching or education is highly desirable.
