Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter student data, exam records, attendance, and other academic information into internal systems. Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and digital records regularly. Verify and correct data as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist with generating reports related to student performance, course enrollment, and faculty inputs. Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure timely collection and entry of data. Maintain confidentiality and security of student and institutional records. Perform data cleanup and quality checks to eliminate duplication or errors. Assist in digitization and scanning of physical documents where required. Preferred: Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), ERP systems, or student information systems (SIS). Familiarity with basic academic processes and documentation. Qualifications and Skills: A degree in computer applications is a plus. Proven experience as a data entry operator, clerk, or similar role, preferably in an educational setting. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic database software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good typing speed (minimum 35–40 WPM preferred). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
